Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 2-4 four days for processing on all ready to ship products. 

For Crystal Kits please allow 2- 3 weeks for the kit to be put together and shipped out. Crystal kits are custom orders and require time for them to be put together with communication through out the process.

Return & Exchange Policy:

All sales are final due to the nature in which items are created and sold. If there is something wrong with your purchase please contact us with pictures/videos and proof of purchase so that the issue can be resolved.
